What is your shipping policy?
Items can take anywhere from 7 - 14 business days after order is placed to be shipped. It’s possible that it could take 6-8 weeks due to you guessed it, supply chain issues. If something is needed in a close time frame please email us and we can talk about the options. This time is mostly based on the complexity of work involved in making each item purchased. All web site purchases are handmade for every new order and are one-of-a-kind. Because of this pieces may vary slightly from the item's website photographs. All domestic orders over $400USD will be shipped for free via insured USPS. For USPS 2nd day and USPS next day air please email prior to purchase for invoice including expedited shipping.
Please be advised that we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for items not received due to an incorrectly provided shipping address.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Michael Raymond, you may send it back to us for an exchange or credit. Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the original ship date and must be sent prepaid. Customized or personalized items can not be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition including all packing materials and receipt. When returning an item, customer is responsible for shipping costs including delivery confirmation. Prior contact must be made concerning any items to be returned/exchanged. Items sent back without prior contact will be returned to sender. Michael Raymond reserves the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that fails to meet our return policy requirements. All jewelry purchased from Michael Raymond is guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defects. Any defective items will be repaired free of charge for up to one year from date of purchase. Items in need of repair due to negligence, wear and tear or purchases made prior to one year are subject to a repair charge. Repair charge is subject to the nature of the repair.

With proper care, your Michael Raymond piece will last a lifetime.
Depending on frequency and duration of wear, Sterling Silver pieces will inevitably tarnish and plating will wear over time.
To minimize oxidation, wipe down your piece after each use with a soft jewelry cloth and store it in it’s provided box.
With plated jewelry, avoid wearing it around soap and household chemicals or swimming with it in chlorinated or salt water.
Your Michael Raymond piece is guaranteed for life from defective workmanship. Should your piece break during your ownership, We will be more than happy to repair or replace said piece free of charge. You will pay only return shipping. Normal wear and tear damage is not covered under this warranty. To start return, please email us before sending anything back.
